We review all orders and object to overbroad or otherwise inappropriate ones. If compelled to disclose customer data to a government body, we will give customers reasonable notice of the demand to allow the customer to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy unless Akrivia HCM is legally prohibited from doing so. Notifications: We may send push notifications to USER device to provide USER with important updates, reminders, or alerts related to the app’s functionality or USER account. USER can manage notification preferences within the app settings.
Files: The app may request access to files stored on USER device to facilitate document uploads, downloads, or sharing features. We will only access files with USER explicit consent and solely for the purposes of app functionality.
All the above permissions are taken from the USER only when the respective modules are enabled to the USERs.
