Work behavior is the body of knowledge concerning the act of working. It includes a variety of theoretical frameworks, methods, and perspectives on human resource management, as well as on organizational development and organizational behavior. The work behavior process model suggests that there are five steps in developing an employee, the fourth being performance appraisal.
