Form 27C is a declaration for the buyer or the seller to get tax exemption from the tax deducted at source (TDS). Form 27C has two sections that must be filled in and signed by the buyer and the seller. Buyers and sellers can use this form to sell and purchase all goods mentioned in the income-tax act, 1961.
