Domestic HRM is an essential aspect of the human resource management system, and it includes labor management, employee education, hiring and training policies, etc. Employee training refers typically to the human resource maintenance activities in enterprises intended to improve employees’ skills, knowledge, and capacity to meet the requirements of the venture’s production. It consists of fixed-term employee training and personnel transformation. Fixed-term employee training means using a specific time for practicing working skills within the company. Personnel transformation includes on-the-job training and regular vocational education.
