The behavioral-based interview is a method of evaluation that involves asking job candidates to describe situations from their past and how they handled them. Instead of focusing on hypothetical questions, employers ask candidates to share specific work-related experiences to obtain information about the candidate’s work history and interpersonal skills. They are supposed to predict the candidate’s future performance based on the interview.
