Organizational behavior is the study of the job behavior of employees and other working professionals. Organizations usually carry out some form of research into human behavior to inform the business decision-making process. The relationship between organizational and employee behavior is significant; in fact, one can argue that an organization’s ultimate purpose is to provide its employees with a positive environment in which to work. The organization structure is how people are grouped in the workplace. The grouping is done so that people who work together can easily communicate with each other, and also, they should be able to coordinate activities with each other easily.
