The Employees’ Provident Fund is a savings plan requiring employees and employers to contribute a certain amount. When you change jobs, you can withdraw your pension funds or transfer them to your new employer by submitting an EPS Scheme Certificate. Under some circumstances, Form 10C is very useful in withdrawing money.
It is a mandatory form that must be filled out and submitted while withdrawing money from the Employee Pension Scheme (EPS). It is four pages long and will require information about your salary and tenure in your organization. You can use your Universal Account Number(UAN) for logging in.
Every month, a certain percentage of your total PF contributions is set aside in your Employee Pension Scheme account, and this fund can be withdrawn using Form 10C.

You can use online and offline modes to fill up Form 10C. Here are the steps to fill it online:
Step 1: Go to the official portal of EPFO and log in with your UAN and password while it will send one OTP. You have to submit the OTP then it will open the member page.
Step 2: Now, you have to click on online services, which is at the menu bar.
Step 3: Now, you will see four options, but you have to click on the Claim (Form 31, 19, 10C & 10D).
Step 4: The ‘Member Details’ screen will appear with pre-filled information about your name and contact details. For verifying it, you have to enter your bank account number, and click ‘Next.’ Now, click on yes for your consent.
Step 5: In the next screen, select the ‘Proceed for Online Claim’ option.
Step 6: Details such as PAN, mobile number, and UAN will be displayed in the claims section. You can choose to withdraw either only your pension funds or only your provident fund.
Step 7: Complete the claim form with the appropriate information. After this, you will get an OTP on your UIDAI registered mobile number, which you should put in the form.
Step 8: It will be submitted after OTP is entered, and now you can download details or track your processing. The amount will be transferred within seven days.

Page 1: It contains details like the name of the applicant, DOB, Address of the employer, Father’s name/Husband’s Name, joining date in the company, PF account number, date and reason for leaving, and applicant’s Address.
Page 2: It contains details like family or nominee’s specifics, remittance’s mode, and signature and date.
