Employers have been found to violate ULP law if they interpret it as firing and not reinstating workers. So, Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) comes under the category of Anti-union activity, in which neither federal labor laws nor union contract prevents employers from discharging or otherwise discriminating against employees. But, this is considered unfair labor practice
