Employees perform many of the daily tasks in a business, typically handled by upper management or the business owners. Right To Manage, or RTM, allows those employees to take on more responsibility and perform these tasks without having to ask for prior approval. RTM gives small companies the ability to grow and pass on opportunities for motivation and
