Performance map or performance measures is a system used to evaluate the level of quality a group or individual employee has achieved. It provides an efficient way to review employees’ abilities and measure their accomplishments regarding work goals, key tasks, etc. This can be achieved by producing various reports showing how employees are faring with relevant objectives and goals.
