A Nondisclosure agreement, also known as NDAs, are legal contract used when businesses and individuals keep proprietary information private. The person or business receiving the information agrees to keep it secret from the public without disclosing it to an individual or company. Also called privacy agreements, confidentiality agreements, or secrecy agreements, these documents may be tailored for agreements between employers and employees, partners in a business venture, and even
