Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) is a workforce automation software designed for organizations of any size looking to grow productivity, improve accuracy and reduce costs throughout the payroll cycle. ECM is a cloud-based application accessible from any computer with an Internet connection, allowing employees to submit time from wherever they happen to be and opening up communication channels between employees and managers that were not previously available.
