A Conflict of Interest (COI) occurs when there is a deviation between an individual’s private interests and their professional duties and obligations.<\/p>\n

In other words, A conflict of interest may be defined as a circumstance where a person or organization is concerned about other aspects or interests. Interests might be personal, business-related, financial, or other that could deteriorate workplace ethics.<\/p>\n
