Competency-based training is an instructional delivery model that integrates theories and practices related to workplace learning. The goal of which is to teach job skills required or competence. Competency-based training is a system by which the learner proceeds through the training curriculum according to their ability to master the topics covered in each lesson.<\/p>\n
