The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is a professional association for people who work in human resource management. Wimbledon, London, England, is where the company’s headquarters are located. The organization was created in 1913 and is the world’s oldest in its field, with over 150,000 members working in the private, public, and voluntary sectors across the globe.
