Just cause termination is a provision of a contract that allows an employer to terminate an employee for just cause. A just cause is any action by an employee that results in the immediate cessation of employment with the company. Employers can use Just Cause Termination only if they have clear guidelines and policies<\/span><\/p>\n

What factors lead to Just Cause Termination?<\/b><\/h3>\n

Few of the reasons for just cause termination are :<\/span><\/p>\n

(a) gross misconduct\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

(b) dishonesty or breach of trust<\/span><\/p>\n

(c) incompetence<\/span><\/p>\n
