Or a single candidate is interviewed by more than one recruiter from different departments ( Known as a Panel group interview). This process saves time and helps recruiters to compare different candidates simultaneously. Group interviews are used for many reasons<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To assess the compatibility of candidates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To
