Employee performance evaluation<\/strong> is the process of evaluating an employee’s performance. It involves evaluating employees based on their contributions to the company. <\/span>This process helps manager to determine how well their employees perform.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most common method of employee performance evaluation is through annual reviews, which occur once per year. However, other methods may be used, such as a peer review system where employees are evaluated by their colleagues or a mentor, as well as through a performance appraisal system<\/a> where managers assess employees’ performance regularly throughout the
