Candidate-centric recruiting<\/strong>, also known as candidate-centric sourcing, is a modern approach to hiring candidates that focuses on the candidate’s interests and career goals to maintain long-term relationships.<\/p>\n

Why is there a shift from employer to employee-centric recruiting?<\/h3>\n

Employers have always wanted employees who are a good fit for their company culture and mission, but now candidates wish for jobs that give them a sense of fulfilment. In a candidate-centric world, employers must focus more on candidates’ needs and less on their own.<\/p>\n

Candidate centric recruiting is key to finding a mutual fit between an employer and a job candidate.<\/p>\n

To avoid making a poor hiring decision, employers must ensure that all the information they provide to potential employees is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n

The job market has changed dramatically over the past few years. Candidates use social media and other online platforms to create professional profiles and networks.<\/p>\n
