Unfair labor practice (ULP) is a union violation that causes a ULP, which is overtime and severance pay are generally required to be paid on the next regularly scheduled payday. Employers have been found to violate ULP law if they interpret it as firing and not reinstating workers. So, Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) comes under the category of Anti-union activity, in which neither federal labor laws nor union contract prevents employers from discharging or otherwise discriminating against employees. But, this is considered unfair labor practice (ULP).
