Temporary Employee

An employee is a person engaged in the service to an employer under a contract of employment. The relations of the employee and the employer is determined by the agreement, which also states the work arrangements, starting date, duration, and payments. The temporary employee’s activities would be limited to short-term period and state benefits offered in some subjects.
