This role represents a temporary person who will take over vital functions of a business should employees decide to go on strike. The strikebreaker takes over the job of striking, but it can assume that the strikebreaker will not get along well with the organization. Strikebreakers either work with main objectives and procedures, or they may attempt to change them to force coworkers back to work.
