Salary Basis Test

The salary basis test determines whether an employment relationship is considered an employee-employer relationship or a committed relationship. It is done by the employer and employee agreeing that total payment is based on the amount of work performed by the employee. It will not reduce the price because of variations in volume or quality of their work.
