Reverse-chronological is an organizational structure wherein the most recent recruits are placed towards the top of an organization’s hierarchy. In contrast, its most extended serving members are placed at the bottom of the hierarchy. Reverse-chronological typically places newcomers with far less experience above more experienced older employees.
