A reasonable accommodation is a process of making changes in your work or personal life to allow accommodation to people with disabilities. It is a process of changing certain conditions with legal rights, as long as those changes do not an undue hardship for both parties. For example, if an employee is temporarily disabled and needs to work from home for a short period, in some cases, the company can arrange this type of reasonable accommodation.
