Non-Traditional Workers? | Meaning & Definition | Akrivia HCM

Non-traditional workers are also known as contingent workers. A Non-traditional worker changes jobs more than once a year and is not an employee of the company. They are typically freelance and do not receive the benefits from their employers.

Non-traditional workers generally include people who don’t want to work Monday through Friday. While many people would think of this as just a job to make extra money, some people are more serious about gaining more experience in different areas. Consider the non-traditional workers if you have a passion for the subject. It is a working handout for my non-traditional worker’s lesson plan.
