Micro Management

Micromanagement is a word used to narrate the negative management style used by some managers who scrutinize their staff minutely and control even the most basic details of their employee’s workload. A typical management style that bosses use to micromanage is task-based management. Micromanagement dates back about four decades when capitalistic companies first saw it, such as industries, banks, and other large corporations. During those times, the U.S. started seeing a rise of a new kind of leader operating within the American economy system unbeknownst to them then, but not now.
