A Journal Voucher is a voucher for payment, usually after a period (e.g., monthly) in which the employee has worked to earn it. It has been used as a recruitment incentive by many companies as part of their benefits package. It can be a token system, where small rewards are given for specific tokens, or a system of monetary additions from the company to top up the employee’s salary.
