Hourly Employee (or Regular Employee) is a person who works directly under the supervision of their immediate supervisor or department head. The employees are paid by the hour and receive an hourly rate of pay and any other compensations as expressly provided by law, such as overtime pay, night shift differential pay, hazard-zone differential pay, Sunday premium pay, and holiday premium pay, and Representation Allowance.
