Group Interview

A group interview is a type of interview where two or more candidates are interviewed at the same time (known as a candidate group interview). Or a single candidate is interviewed by more than one recruiter from different departments ( Known as a Panel group interview). This process saves time and helps recruiters to compare different candidates simultaneously. Group interviews are used for many reasons

• To assess the compatibility of candidates
• To get insight into the personality traits that are important for the job
• To get an overview of the candidate’s background, qualifications, and experience.
