Grievance handling is the process through which employees provide feedback and raise issues. These issues may concern an employee’s pay, benefits, performance appraisal, etc. A grievance may also be a more formal procedure that includes filing a complaint in discrimination against the employee, violation of personal rights, and violation of the organization’s rules—grievance submission is essential to maintaining a fair and productive work environment.
