    Good faith bargaining is a negotiating approach that facilitates cooperative labor-management relations and leads to a speedy dispute resolution. Under this principle, labor and management need to state their intentions, strike a compromise, and allow the result to be enacted for the process to be deemed “good-faith bargaining.”
