Gender Pay Gap

The gender pay gap is a difference in remuneration between females and males. This gender pay gap exists in most developing countries, where women are prevented from entering high-paying jobs due to social and financial barriers. By nature, men and women should have equal pay for equal work unless it can be proven that they fulfill the requirements of their respective roles differently.
