The FBP (Fellowship of the Business Professional) jobs are intended to utilize the skills and services of individuals who have advanced degrees with a minimum number of years of management experience. It can use these individuals for managerial, administrative, and technical needs because they operate well in supervision or non-supervision environments. These positions don’t take the place of rank-and-file functions; instead, they are designed to address specific needs at the corporate or department level that authorized delegates can meet.
