Employee Clearance, also known as FNF (Full and Final) settlement, happens when an employee resigns, is expelled, or retires from the job. Clearances have to be obtained from departments like finance, admin, HR, etc., regarding paychecks, gratuity EPF clearances from the company’s side before an exit.
