Employee Check-in is usually defined in our quarterly performance discussion focuses on mapping, goal progress, and the employee’s strengths. Everyone is encouraged to contribute, and feedback is solicited from each participant. When we start the consultation, the manager will choose a goal area to focus on, and dialogue around that goal begins. The manager will discuss their expectations for the employee’s progress and invite them to participate and convey their thoughts on how they are progressing toward the goals. After everyone has expressed themselves, the participant is invited to provide 360 feedback. The manager’s participation in the process is required
