    Behavioural competency assessment is an approach to performance management that focuses on skills, knowledge, and traits. Behavioural competence assessment looks at an individual’s behavior in various situations and under different conditions. Behavioural competency assessment is used to determine how well a candidate for a job will fit into a particular corporate culture. The assessment may be conducted by both the Human Resource Manager and other employees familiar with the company’s style or culture.
